I am currently employed as a Ward clerk in the Clinical Research Facility and first point of contact for patients coming into the unit therefore my friendly personality and being approachable is essential to my role.
I provide and maintain an efficient and effective administration service to the Ward Team and constantly maintain a high quality ward clerk service.
I continuously observe patient confidentiality at all times and provide information and support in a non-clinical capacity to support patient care.
