Management Team

The NIHR Newcastle Clinical Research Facility is led by a team of internationally-recognised clinicians, matron, senior research sisters and business manager who provide overarching strategic direction for the Newcastle CRF as well as oversight on the locally deployed sites.

The management team meet regularly and also have separate meetings for the individual sites which provides the forum for transparent information sharing and discussion.

The group discuss:

Updates on active and potential clinical trials.
Recruitment and occupancy rates.
The financial position of the NCRF.
Progress against operational and strategic plans.
